Big Hongry makes a Bop

I don't plan on going far in depth with this one. I just really want people to listen to it.

The song is Early One Morning by Big Hongry. I have this song on repeat often and is featured on my Top Tier AF Band Names playlist and Small Time, Big Sounds.

Disco style intro, reggae influenced organ stabs, a bass line and funk synth that make you want to bop to the beat and a rhyming flow that tastes more like Coca Cola Classic than New Coke. Perfectly timed lyrics that punch in the pauses and a story telling motif that follows the blue print from the likes of Atmosphere and Afroman.

I think what I like most about Big Hongry, besides the name they perform under, is their artist bio.

Also mentioned in the artists bio is their love of photography and directing. I don't know where they are headed, but I am hoping Early One Day Big Hongry fulfills all their creative aspirations.
